About this product
Fraser from the Richmond Quality LVP collection is a glue-down luxury vinyl plank available at Squarefoot Flooring in Mississauga and Barrie. Built to 2.5 mm thickness with a 22 mil wear layer and TruMatte finish with antimicrobial coating, it's engineered for permanent commercial installation in a wide-format plank. The 9-3/16" x 60-5/8" plank format features a four-sided micro bevel edge in an ultra-matte finish rated IIC 55/STC 68. It installs via direct glue-down, Greenguard Gold certified, approved for embedded radiant heat, with a large 50.21 sq ft carton for efficient coverage. Backed by a lifetime residential and 15-year commercial limited warranty. Fraser delivers a cool grey-brown Pacific river tone with natural soft grain suited for BC canyon and mountain-inspired interiors. SKU: RVIQULVFRAS.
