In simple terms: Evergreen Building Materials 14mm is a 14mm AC4 rated water-resistant laminate. It is meant for the rooms where water is part of daily life, and our own crew installs it.

The Evergreen 14mm range is built around an embossed wood-grain surface. The range includes tones such as 72741, 72740, 72019, 72814, and 72493.

The construction backs up the look. Evergreen 14mm runs a substantial 14mm board that feels closest to real hardwood underfoot and is the most forgiving over an imperfect subfloor. It carries an AC4 wear rating, a step above standard that holds up to busy family households, hallways, and main floors. The surface is an embossed wood grain for a natural look and a little underfoot grip. It has a water-resistant core, which lets it handle the spills and humidity that would swell a standard laminate at the joints. It is backed by a 25-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty. That construction is what lets Evergreen 14mm go where ordinary laminate cannot: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries, and anywhere a spill or wet boot is part of daily life.

Decision line: choose Evergreen 14mm for any room that meets water, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and entries; for dry bedrooms and living rooms, a standard laminate will also do the job for less.
