DZN Broadway Light Matte Porcelain Tile 24" x 24"

A poured concrete floor cracks, stains and is hard to repair. Broadway Light gives you the concrete look in porcelain.

In simple terms: Broadway Light is a 24x24 concrete look porcelain tile for floors and walls.

It is the matte finish in Light from the DZN Broadway range.

Each piece is 24" x 24". The edges are rectified, so it can be set with a tight grout joint. DZN lists an R9 slip rating, which suits dry and lightly wet indoor floors. It is made in Spain. Porcelain is fired dense, so it handles water and spills and the tile itself does not need sealing.

It suits open-plan floors, kitchens, living areas, basements and shower and bathroom walls. Pick it over real concrete when you want the look with no sealing.

Each box holds 4 pieces and covers about 16 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft kitchen floor takes 10 boxes, or 11 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 7 boxes with the 10% extra included.

DZN does not list it for outdoor use, so keep it off porches, patios and exterior walls. R9 is a dry-area rating, so it is not the tile for a shower floor or a wet entry.

In this size, Broadway also comes in Nude. Light also comes in 24" x 48".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See DZN Broadway Light in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
