Fuzion SmartDrop Tile Crema is built to 5 mm thickness with a 12 mil wear layer, embossed texture, square edge, and solid fiberglass core. SmartDrop Tile Crema Fuzion features a 12.36" x 24.6" tile format, hydronic radiant heat approved, FloorScore certified, covering 21.13 sq ft per carton, and installs via loose lay, glue down, perimeter glue, or tape from -15°C to 80°C. This waterproof vinyl tile flooring is 100% waterproof. Crema delivers a warm pale Italian crema stone-cream tone with natural subtle surface variation suited for Italian café and luminous everyday casual commercial interiors. Backed by a 25-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty. Matching stair tread & riser, square stair nose, reducer, and T-mold accessories are available. SKU: VS3475.
