The build and the spec: This is a glue-down luxury vinyl plank, a flexible plank bonded straight to the subfloor. Glued down, it lies dead flat with no hollow sound, handles large open spans and commercial traffic, and lets you swap a single damaged plank without lifting the floor. It does need a smooth, flat, dry subfloor to look its best. It has a 12 mil wear layer, enough for normal household traffic in bedrooms, living rooms, and quieter spaces. It is rated for use over in-floor radiant heat. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. It is backed by a 25-year residential and 10-year light commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Buttercream Bliss, Cocoa Temptation, Creamy Stout, Marshmallow Mist, and Toasty Coconut.
