Centura lists Taj Mahal Sand in the Taj Mahal range: a 12" x 24" porcelain tile. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. A 12" x 24" tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. It ships 6 pieces to a box, covering 11.36 sq ft, or 1.8933 sq ft a piece.
