Centura lists Tactile Tile & Tactile Pin Soho Carbon R11 in the Tactile Tile & Tactile Pin range: a 24" x 24" porcelain tile. It is finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. The 24" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. One box contains 2 pieces, enough for 7.75 sq ft, or 3.875 sq ft a piece.
