Centura Soho Max Ivory Matte Porcelain 24" x 24"

Soho Max Ivory is a 24" x 24" porcelain tile from Centura's Soho Max range. Centura gives it a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Shade variation is rated V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 24" x 24" tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 939 Mist. It ships 4 pieces to a box, covering 15.5 sq ft, or 3.8745 sq ft a piece.
