Centura Sand Porcelain Tile
Centura Tile Sand is porcelain tile, every piece 12" x 24", in a matte finish. The line is a consistent 8 mm thick, which keeps the surface flat from piece to piece. Porcelain is dense and low-porosity, so it carries from a kitchen floor into a shower without trouble. The face is matte, so it stays sure underfoot and water marks do not show on it. It is rated for walls as well as floors, so a room can be done in one material.

Why Sand Stands Out
Most tile decisions come down to one question: will it still look right in ten years of wet boots and dropped keys?
In simple terms: Centura Sand is a porcelain tile collection from Centura Tile for floors and walls. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it at both stores and installs it with our own crews.

The range runs in 12" x 24" formats with matte finishes. Colourways include Beige, Charcoal, Grey and White.
Decision line: Sand suits kitchens, bathrooms, entries and busy floors as well as walls.
Tile is quoted as a whole job here, preparation, waterproofing where needed, grout and labour by our own employed crews, never subcontractors. See how we work on the tile installation page, then come compare Sand in person at our Mississauga or Barrie store; a full piece under room light reads differently than any photo.

Quick answers about this collection before you buy.
What is Centura Sand?
Centura Tile Sand is porcelain tile, every piece 12" x 24", in a matte finish. The line is a consistent 8 mm thick, which keeps the surface flat from piece to piece. Porcelain is dense and low-porosity, so it carries from a kitchen floor into a shower without trouble. The face is matte, so it stays sure underfoot and water marks do not show on it. It is rated for walls as well as floors, so a room can be done in one material.
Where can Sand be used?
Porcelain is fired dense, so floors, walls and wet areas are all in play, including showers and entries. Match the finish to the room: polished surfaces are slick when wet, matte and textured finishes grip better.
Do you install Sand?
Yes, with our own employed installation crews rather than subcontractors, for residential and commercial projects. Tile work is quoted with preparation, waterproofing where needed, and grout included, so the number you get is the whole job.
Where can I see Sand near me?
You can see it at both Squarefoot Flooring stores, in Mississauga at 700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, and in Barrie at 112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4. A full sample under room light reads very differently from a photo, so come compare it in person before deciding.
