Centura ReStone Safari Line Spazzolata Porcelain 24" x 48"

ReStone Safari belongs to Centura's ReStone range and measures 24" x 48". Centura gives it a brushed face with fine directional texture. Centura rates shade variation at V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24" x 48" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. The slip rating is R9, the rating for dry interior floors. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 8 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 949 - Silverado. One box contains 2 pieces, enough for 15.38 sq ft, or 7.6923 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
