Centura Prexious Dream Arabesque Matte Porcelain 24" x 24"

Prexious Dream Arabesque is a 24" x 24" porcelain tile from Centura's Prexious range. Centura gives it a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V4, a wide spread where individual pieces differ markedly, so the tile should be dry-laid from several boxes before it is set. The 24" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 10 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 927-light-pewter. Boxes hold 3 pieces and cover 11.51 sq ft, or 3.8358 sq ft a piece.
