Sheet-mounted, so it curves into niches and shower floors that sheet goods cannot follow, and the extra grout lines add grip. Matte keeps its grip when wet and does not mark with water spots. All that grout is a lot to clean, so it is the wrong surface for a big open floor. Rated for both floors and walls, so one material can carry a room.
