Centura lists Oval Cobalt in the Oval range: a 3" x 12" ceramic tile. It is finished with a gloss surface that reflects light and lifts a darker room. The oval format breaks up the grid a square or rectangular tile would give you. It is rated for walls only, which covers backsplashes, feature walls and shower surrounds. It ships 22 pieces to a box, covering 5.42 sq ft, or 0.2464 sq ft a piece. A ceramic body is lighter than porcelain and easier to cut on site, which is why it is the usual choice for walls and backsplashes.
