Centura Match Stick Mosaic Tile

Centura Match Stick Mosaic Tile
Centura Tile Match Stick is mosaic tile, in a stick format, every piece 12" x 12", in a matte finish. The face is matte, so it stays sure underfoot and water marks do not show on it. Mounted on sheets, which lets it bend into a niche or a sloped shower floor, and all those grout lines give grip. The grout-to-tile ratio is high, which makes it a poor choice for a large open floor. It is rated for walls as well as floors, so a room can be done in one material.

Why Match Stick Stands Out

Shower floors, niches and curves are where big tiles give up, and exactly where mosaics begin.

In simple terms: Centura Match Stick is a mosaic tile collection from Centura Tile for floors and walls. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it at both stores and installs it with our own crews.

The range runs in 12" x 12" formats with matte finishes. Colourways include Bone, Grey, Black and White.

Decision line: Match Stick belongs on shower floors, backsplashes and borders, anywhere the surface bends or slopes; field tile covers the big flat areas around it.

Tile is quoted as a whole job here, preparation, waterproofing where needed, grout and labour by our own employed crews, never subcontractors. See how we work on the tile installation page, then come compare Match Stick in person at our Mississauga or Barrie store; a full piece under room light reads differently than any photo.

Quick answers about this collection before you buy.

What is Centura Match Stick?
Centura Tile Match Stick is mosaic tile, in a stick format, every piece 12" x 12", in a matte finish. The face is matte, so it stays sure underfoot and water marks do not show on it. Mounted on sheets, which lets it bend into a niche or a sloped shower floor, and all those grout lines give grip. The grout-to-tile ratio is high, which makes it a poor choice for a large open floor. It is rated for walls as well as floors, so a room can be done in one material.
Where do Match Stick mosaics work best?
Shower floors, backsplashes, feature strips and curves. Mosaic sheets follow slopes and bends that large tiles cannot, which is why shower pans are their natural home.
Do you install Match Stick?
Yes, with our own employed installation crews rather than subcontractors, for residential and commercial projects. Tile work is quoted with preparation, waterproofing where needed, and grout included, so the number you get is the whole job.
Where can I see Match Stick near me?
You can see it at both Squarefoot Flooring stores, in Mississauga at 700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, and in Barrie at 112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4. A full sample under room light reads very differently from a photo, so come compare it in person before deciding.
