Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. One box contains 1 pieces, enough for 35.97 sq ft, or 35.97 sq ft a piece. Porcelain is fired denser than ordinary ceramic, which is why it takes on wet areas and heavy traffic that a wall tile would not.
