Centura Glocal Ginger Natural Porcelain 12" x 12"

Centura lists Glocal Ginger in the Glocal range: a 12" x 12" porcelain tile. It carries the flat, faintly mottled face of poured concrete, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 8.5 mm. The suggested grout is 908 - Dove Gray. It ships 6 pieces to a box, covering 5.75 sq ft, or 0.9588 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
