Centura Glocal Essence Natural Porcelain 24" x 24"

Glocal Essence is a 24" x 24" porcelain tile from Centura's Glocal range. It carries the flat, faintly mottled face of poured concrete, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Shade variation is rated V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 24" x 24" tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 908 - Dove Grey. Boxes hold 3 pieces and cover 11.51 sq ft, or 3.8358 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
