Centura Glocal Clear Natural Porcelain 24" x 24"

Glocal Clear belongs to Centura's Glocal range and measures 24" x 24". It carries the flat, faintly mottled face of poured concrete, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. At 24" x 24", it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 909 - Sterling. One box contains 3 pieces, enough for 11.51 sq ft, or 3.8358 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
