Elysian Desert Stone belongs to Centura's Elysian range and measures 48" x 110". It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a brushed face with fine directional texture. Shade variation is rated V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 48" x 110" tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 6 mm.
