Centura Accademia Canaletto Natural Porcelain 24" x 24"

Accademia Canaletto belongs to Centura's Accademia range and measures 24" x 24". It is finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. At 24" x 24", it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 10 mm. Centura matches it to grout 903 Birch. It ships 3 pieces to a box, covering 11.45 sq ft, or 3.8153 sq ft a piece.
