Daltile Starcastle Celestial

Pieces this small are what make a shower floor work, and Starcastle Celestial, 1" x 1", is no exception: the mesh follows the fall to the drain instead of fighting it. The matte face keeps some grip when it is wet and does not show every water mark, which is why it is the usual pick for a bathroom floor. Porcelain is fired dense enough that water is not an issue, indoors or in a sheltered spot outside. There is far more grout per square foot here than with a big tile. Pick the grout colour deliberately, because it is half of what you will see. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
