The build and the spec: This is luxury vinyl, the practical wood-look floor that trades fragility for resilience: it takes water, traffic, and pets in stride and installs cleanly. The 20 mil wear layer puts it in heavy-residential, light-commercial territory, which is where vinyl earns its keep in a family home. On vinyl, that mil number is the best single predictor of how long the floor keeps looking new, more than thickness or price. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 60 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality.
