The build and the spec: This is luxury vinyl, the practical wood-look floor that trades fragility for resilience: it takes water, traffic, and pets in stride and installs cleanly. The 20 mil wear layer puts it in heavy-residential, light-commercial territory, which is where vinyl earns its keep in a family home. On vinyl, that mil number is the best single predictor of how long the floor keeps looking new, more than thickness or price. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 60 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. Colours in the range include Bayfront Rocks, Bluemountain Cabin, Simcoe Mist, Algonquin Autumn, and Muskoka Myth.
