The detail behind that: This is a luxury vinyl plank, a hard-wearing wood-look floor that handles real life, and it installs without the mess of glue or mortar. Because it is 100% waterproof rather than just water-resistant, you can put it in the rooms that rule out wood and laminate, full baths, laundry rooms, kitchens, and basements. An attached acoustic underlayment cuts down sound transfer and adds a little underfoot comfort, and it saves a separate pad on install. Planks run up to 7 inches wide and 48 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. An embossed surface adds real texture underfoot rather than a flat printed face. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality.
