The build and the spec: The core is WPC, wood-polymer composite, the more comfortable of the rigid cores. It has a touch more give than stone-based rigid-core, so it feels softer and warmer to walk on while staying stable and flat. Water is a non-issue: it is 100% waterproof through the whole plank, which is what makes it the go-to for bathrooms, kitchens, and below-grade rooms. An attached acoustic underlayment cuts down sound transfer and adds a little underfoot comfort, and it saves a separate pad on install. Planks run up to 12 inches wide and 28 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. A low-sheen matte finish keeps glare and footprints down. Painted micro-bevelled edges frame each plank and hide the seams. On the health side, it is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 15-year commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Chambertin, Saint-Pierre, Larrose, Lascombes, and Barton.
