Locale Stone is a 12" x 24" matte porcelain tile in the Locale range. The surface carries the depth and movement of natural stone and a matte face that absorbs light rather than bouncing it. Anatolia grades variation at V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the floor real movement piece to piece. On the residential side that covers kitchens, entry halls and main-floor living areas. It also carries commercial use in retail floors, restaurant and cafe dining rooms and hotel lobbies. The published figures are a DCOF of 0.65, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance, a slip rating of R10 and Mohs hardness 8. The body measures 8.4 mm. The body is glazed porcelain.
