Sidco Alcora Bianco 12x24 Porcelain Tile

Alcora Bianco, 12" x 24", is the everyday format, and it is popular for a reason: it covers ground quickly and still works around fixtures without a pile of offcuts. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. A box holds 10 sq ft, so a 100 sq ft floor works out at 11 boxes once you add the usual ten percent for cuts and the odd broken piece. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
