Abbey Porcelain Tile Collection

Abbey is a porcelain tile range from Roca Tile. The Abbey collection will give any interior the warm charm of untreated wood. A simple, unadorned floor tile that expresses its naturalness in long planks, playing tribute to rustic floors. It takes a wood grain into bathrooms and basements where a real board would move with the humidity. Porcelain is pressed and fired denser than ceramic, which is what lets it take water, frost and daily traffic. The glaze is fired onto the body and carries the colour and pattern, which is what allows the stone and concrete looks. The range is made in 8" x 48" and 12" x 36". Rectified edges are cut square after firing, which lets a tiler close the joint to about an eighth of an inch. Porcelain of this density suits floors and walls through the home.
