Beaulieu Tidal Nature Vinyl Plank Flooring
Most vinyl floors look fine in the box; what separates them is the wear layer, the thing that decides whether the floor still looks new in five years.
In simple terms: Beaulieu Tidal Nature gives you the look of real wood in a waterproof, hard-wearing vinyl floor. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it and installs it with our own team.
Here is what matters on this one. This is an SPC floor, stone polymer composite, which means a dense rigid core that stays dead flat and dimensionally stable. It will not expand, contract, or telegraph small subfloor flaws the way flexible vinyl can, and it floats into place over most existing surfaces. It has a 12 mil wear layer, enough for normal household traffic in bedrooms, living rooms, and quieter spaces. It is 100% waterproof top to bottom, not merely water-resistant, so kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, and entries are all fair game. With an IIC rating around 71 and an STC around 72 and an attached acoustic pad, it meets the sound ratings most Toronto and Mississauga condo boards require, which is often the deciding factor in a high-rise. Planks run up to 5 inches wide and 48 inches long, a wide-and-long format that reads like real wood. An embossed surface adds real texture underfoot rather than a flat printed face. Micro-bevelled edges define each plank for a more authentic look. It is FloorScore certified for indoor air quality and phthalate-free. It is backed by a Lifetime residential and 5-year commercial warranty. Colours in the range include Brownell Point, Dingwall, Fairhaven, Hopedale, and King Sound.
Decision line: Tidal Nature is the choice when you want a thin, rock-solid, fully waterproof floor that hides an imperfect subfloor and goes just about anywhere.
Installation is in-house and never subcontracted, across the Toronto and Mississauga area up to Barrie and Simcoe County. We check the subfloor, prep it, and set the floor, then handle the trim. Browse our projects or the vinyl installation page.
A sample chip never shows how Tidal Nature looks across a whole room. See it at our Mississauga or Barrie showroom, contact us about availability, and compare materials on the vinyl vs laminate guide.
