1867 Type Porcelain Tile Collection

1867 Type Porcelain Tile Collection
1867 Floors Type is porcelain tile and mosaic, in a matte finish. The pieces in this line are meant to be used together rather than chosen in isolation. The matte face gives grip underfoot and does not show water spotting. Rated for both floors and walls, so one material can carry a room. See it at our Mississauga and Barrie stores, or browse online.

Why Type Stands Out

Picking tile for a busy house is less about colour than about what the surface forgives.

In simple terms: 1867 Floors Type is a porcelain tile collection from 1867 Flooring for floors and walls. Squarefoot Flooring stocks it at both stores and installs it with our own crews.

The range runs in 1" x 3" and 2" x 2" formats across rectangle and square shapes with matte finishes. Colourways include Anthracite, Bone, Grey and White.

Decision line: Type suits kitchens, bathrooms, entries and busy floors as well as walls.

Tile is quoted as a whole job here, preparation, waterproofing where needed, grout and labour by our own employed crews, never subcontractors. See how we work on the tile installation page, then come compare Type in person at our Mississauga or Barrie store; a full piece under room light reads differently than any photo.

Still Have Questions?

Quick answers about this collection before you buy.

What is 1867 Floors Type?
1867 Floors Type is porcelain tile and mosaic, in a matte finish. The pieces in this line are meant to be used together rather than chosen in isolation. The matte face gives grip underfoot and does not show water spotting. Rated for both floors and walls, so one material can carry a room.
Where can Type be used?
Porcelain is fired dense, so floors, walls and wet areas are all in play, including showers and entries. Match the finish to the room: polished surfaces are slick when wet, matte and textured finishes grip better.
Do you install Type?
Yes, with our own employed installation crews rather than subcontractors, for residential and commercial projects. Tile work is quoted with preparation, waterproofing where needed, and grout included, so the number you get is the whole job.
Where can I see Type near me?
You can see it at both Squarefoot Flooring stores, in Mississauga at 700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, and in Barrie at 112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4. A full sample under room light reads very differently from a photo, so come compare it in person before deciding.
