Richmond Tile Valencia Carrara Gioia 2" Hexagon Mosaic Honed

The Valencia Carrara Gioia 2 Honed in 2" x 2" comes on a mesh sheet, which is the only sensible way to tile a shower pan or wrap a curved wall. A honed surface sits between matte and polished: a little depth, none of the glare, and better underfoot than a full polish. Ceramic is softer than porcelain and takes less traffic, so it is at its best on a wall or in a room that is not a thoroughfare. Expect a lot of grout with a sheet this small, so the grout colour will do as much to the finished look as the tile does. Both the Mississauga and Barrie stores keep it out, so you can put it beside your cabinet door or a paint chip before you commit.
