Centura Plain / Techno Mosaic

Plain / Techno Special White is a 12" x 12" mosaic from Centura's Plain / Techno range. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates shade variation at V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 6 mm. The suggested grout is 940 Antique White. One box contains 20 pieces, enough for 19.42 sq ft, or 0.9709 sq ft a piece.
