Olympia Tile Marble Verona Polished Brick Mosaic 1" x 2"

A mosaic is the easiest way to give a backsplash, a niche or a shower wall some detail without changing the whole room.

In simple terms: Verona Brick is a 1x2 marble mosaic for dry floors and walls, indoors.

It is the polished finish in Verona from the Olympia Tile Marble range. The pattern or piece type is brick. Each sheet measures 12.01" x 12.01", or 30.5 x 30.5 cm.

It is rated for light commercial traffic. This is natural stone, so shade and veining change from piece to piece. Seal it after install and clean it with a pH-neutral cleaner.

It suits backsplashes, feature walls, shower walls and small accents in a dry floor. Pick it over a marble look porcelain if you want the real stone and are fine sealing it; pick the porcelain if you want no upkeep.

Each sheet covers 1 sq ft, so a 30 sq ft kitchen backsplash takes 30 sheets, or 33 sheets with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. It is sold by the sheet, so you order exactly the count you need. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 110 sheets with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. On a floor, keep the polished face out of showers and away from entry doors where wet boots come in, because it gets slick when wet. Its commercial rating is light traffic, so keep it out of busy commercial floors.

In this size, the Marble range also comes in Bianco Wood, Marmara, Tuana, Crema Marfil and Silver Shadow. Verona also comes in 2" and 12" x 12".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Verona Brick in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
