Olympia Tile Marble St Laurent Polished Tile 12" x 12"

In simple terms: Marble St Laurent is a 12x12 marble tile for dry floors and walls, indoors.

It is the polished finish in St Laurent from the Olympia Tile Marble range. The actual size is 12.01" x 12.01", or 30.5 x 30.5 cm.

It is 10 mm thick. It is rated for medium to high commercial traffic. This is natural stone, so shade and veining change from piece to piece. Seal it after install and clean it with a pH-neutral cleaner.

It suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, hallways away from the entry door, kitchen backsplashes, shower and bathroom walls, feature walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over a marble look porcelain if you want the real stone and are fine sealing it; pick the porcelain if you want no upkeep.

Each box holds 5 pieces and covers 5.01 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft living room floor takes 30 boxes, or 33 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 22 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. On a floor, keep the polished face out of showers and away from entry doors where wet boots come in, because it gets slick when wet.
