Olympia Tile Marble Nero Marquina Polished Tile 12" x 24"

No two pieces of natural marble match, and that is the reason to buy it over a printed porcelain. Marble Nero Marquina brings real stone, with the sealing and care that come with it.

In simple terms: Marble Nero Marquina is a 12x24 marble tile for dry floors and walls, indoors.

It is the polished finish in Nero Marquina from the Olympia Tile Marble range. The actual size is 12.01" x 24.02", or 30.5 x 61 cm.

It is 10 mm thick. It is rated for medium to high commercial traffic. This is natural stone, so shade and veining change from piece to piece. Seal it after install and clean it with a pH-neutral cleaner.

It suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, hallways away from the entry door, kitchen backsplashes, shower and bathroom walls, feature walls and busy commercial floors such as stores and offices. Pick it over a marble look porcelain if you want the real stone and are fine sealing it; pick the porcelain if you want no upkeep.

Each box holds 5 pieces and covers 10 sq ft, so a 150 sq ft living room floor takes 15 boxes, or 17 boxes with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 11 boxes with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. On a floor, keep the polished face out of showers and away from entry doors where wet boots come in, because it gets slick when wet.

In this size, the Marble range also comes in Bianco Wood, Blue Savoie, Grigio Panarea, Oriental White and Sahara Noir. Nero Marquina also comes in 2", 12" x 12" and 3" x 6".
