Olympia Tile Marble Bianco Wood Linear Mosaic 12" x 12"

A shower floor has to slope to the drain. Small pieces on a mesh sheet are what let the tile follow that slope, and the extra grout lines give your feet more grip.

In simple terms: Bianco Wood Linear is a 12x12 marble mosaic for floors and walls, indoors.

It comes from the Olympia Tile Marble range, in Bianco Wood. The pattern or piece type is linear. Each sheet measures 11.77" x 11.77", or 29.9 x 29.9 cm.

It is 10 mm thick. It is rated for light commercial traffic. This is natural stone, so shade and veining change from piece to piece. Seal it after install and clean it with a pH-neutral cleaner.

It suits shower floors, bathroom floors, backsplashes and accent strips in a shower. Pick it over a marble look porcelain if you want the real stone and are fine sealing it; pick the porcelain if you want no upkeep.

Each sheet covers 1 sq ft, so a 40 sq ft bathroom floor takes 40 sheets, or 44 sheets with about 10% extra for cuts and spares. It is sold by the sheet, so you order exactly the count you need. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 110 sheets with the 10% extra included.

No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it indoors: no porches, patios or exterior walls. Its commercial rating is light traffic, so keep it out of busy commercial floors.

In this size, the Marble range also comes in Cinderella Grey, Botticino, Light Beige with Emperador Dot, Dolomite White and Bianco Carrara. Bianco Wood also comes in 1", 12" x 24", 6" x 24", 1" x 2" and 1" x 3".

Our own crews install it, so the people who measure the job are the people who answer for it. See Olympia Tile Bianco Wood Linear in person at our Mississauga showroom (700 Dundas St E, Unit 3-4, 905-277-2227) or our Barrie showroom (112 Saunders Rd, Units 1-4, 705-726-2272).
