Olympia Tile Colour and Dimension Arctic White Glossy Ceramic Subway Tile 3" x 6"

A backsplash or a shower wall is looked at up close every day, so the colour, the sheen and the grout line count for more than they do on a floor. Colour and Dimension Arctic White is made for that wall.

In simple terms: Colour and Dimension Arctic White is a 3x6 ceramic subway tile for walls only, such as backsplashes and shower walls.

It is the glossy finish in Arctic White from the Olympia Tile Colour and Dimension range. The actual size is 2.95" x 5.98", or 7.5 x 15.2 cm.

It is 7 mm thick. Ceramic has a lighter, softer body than porcelain, which makes it easy to cut and set, and it is mostly used on walls.

It suits kitchen backsplashes, feature walls, bathroom and shower walls and tub surrounds. Pick it over a porcelain floor tile for walls, since it is lighter and easier to cut around outlets and corners; keep a porcelain on the floor.

Each box holds 136 pieces and covers 16.66 sq ft, so a 30 sq ft kitchen backsplash takes 2 boxes, and that still leaves about 10% extra for cuts and spares. For every 100 sq ft, plan on 7 boxes with the 10% extra included.

It is listed for walls only, so do not put it on a floor, including a shower floor. No outdoor rating is listed, so keep it on indoor walls.

In this size, Colour and Dimension also comes in Beige, Biscuit, Black, Bone and Chocolate. Arctic White also comes in 2" x 16", 2" x 9", 12" x 24", 2" x 8" and 4" x 12". Matching round edge long side, round edge left corner, round edge right corner and round edge trim is listed in the same colour.
