Daltile Uptown Glass Matte Alabaster

Uptown Glass Matte Alabaster at 1" x 1" comes on a mesh sheet, which is the only sensible way to tile a shower pan or wrap a curved wall. A matte surface stays reasonably grippy wet and will not throw glare across the room. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. There is far more grout per square foot here than with a big tile. Pick the grout colour deliberately, because it is half of what you will see. Have a look at it in Mississauga or Barrie before you order, ideally next to whatever it is going beside.
