Centura Dorset Porcelain Tiles

Dorset Blanco belongs to Centura's Dorset range and measures 12" x 24". It is finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 12" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. The slip rating is R9, the rating for dry interior floors. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9.5 mm. The suggested grout is 909 - Sterling. One box contains 7 pieces, enough for 13.46 sq ft, or 1.9227 sq ft a piece.
