Centura Advantage Graphite Natural Porcelain 24" x 48"

Centura lists Advantage Graphite in the Advantage range: a 24" x 48" porcelain tile. Centura gives it a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Centura rates shade variation at V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24" x 48" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 941 Raven. It ships 2 pieces to a box, covering 15.5 sq ft, or 7.7519 sq ft a piece.
