La Marca Statuarietto Picco is a honed porcelain mosaic in the La Marca range. The surface carries a honed face, flattened so it reads matte without shine. Shade variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that stops the installation looking printed. On the residential side that covers kitchens, entry halls and main-floor living areas. It also carries commercial use in retail floors, restaurant and cafe dining rooms and hotel lobbies. The published figures are a DCOF of 0.50, at or above the 0.42 threshold ANSI sets for level interior floors expected to be walked on wet, Class 4 abrasion resistance and Mohs hardness 5. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm on a flat substrate. The body is glazed porcelain. It ships 10 pieces to a box, covering 4.84 sq ft.
