Centura Larocca Porcelain Tiles

Centura lists Larocca Grey in the Larocca range: a 24" x 24" porcelain tile. It is finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates shade variation at V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 24" x 24" format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 939 - Mist. Boxes hold 4 pieces and cover 15.44 sq ft, or 3.861 sq ft a piece.
