Bricklane Gesso, 2" x 10", is a practical size for a small floor or a feature wall, where a large tile would end up mostly cut. A matte surface stays reasonably grippy wet and will not throw glare across the room. Porcelain absorbs almost no water, which is what lets it go into a shower, a mudroom or a covered porch without any fuss. Worth seeing in person in Mississauga or Barrie, because lighting changes tile more than people expect.
