Realstone Slate Shell at 12" x 24" is the size most bathroom and kitchen floors settle on. Big enough that you are not grouting all weekend, small enough to cut cleanly around a vanity. Matte is the safer finish underfoot once water gets on it, and it hides the day to day better than a polish does. Fired harder and denser than ceramic, porcelain copes with freeze and thaw as well, so a covered porch or a three season room is fair game.
