Centura Carpenter Porcelain Tiles

Centura lists Carpenter Albar in the Carpenter range: a 12" x 24" porcelain tile. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. A 12" x 24" tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. One box contains 8 pieces, enough for 15.42 sq ft, or 1.9275 sq ft a piece. Porcelain is fired denser than ordinary ceramic, which is why it takes on wet areas and heavy traffic that a wall tile would not.
