Centura Arkistyle Porcelain Tiles

Centura lists Arkistyle Clay in the Arkistyle range: a 12" x 24" porcelain tile. The surface is a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. At 12" x 24", it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 909 Sterling. It ships 7 pieces to a box, covering 13.42 sq ft, or 1.9175 sq ft a piece.
